Retrieval Architecture (Admin)

1 reads stored email content from the database (current architecture). 2 finds emails via the embedding index, then fetches bodies live from Gmail. 3 searches Gmail directly — no stored email consulted. Applies only to your account, per question. Check server logs for timings.

Comparison mode

When on, every question you ask is quietly re-answered in the other two modes after you get your answer. See them side-by-side under Question Comparisons in the admin dashboard. Costs ~3× per question.

To-Do List

Auto to-dos from email

When on, the assistant reads your email and adds action items (things people ask you to do) to your Google Tasks automatically. Turn it off if you'd rather manage your own to-do list.

Muted Email Senders

Muted senders don't appear in schedule or email answers. Mute one with the 🔇 button on any email item, or just tell the AI ("stop showing me emails from…").
